Gleason's Peanut Butter Vanilla Chip Cookies
In honor of National Peanut Butter lovers
month!
Ingredients:
1-cup butter
1 cup
white sugar
1-cup brown sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1-cup
creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1-teaspoon vanilla
2 cups
flour
1-teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1-cup vanilla
chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugars well. Add eggs, peanut butter, and
vanilla and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add
flour mixture slowly to peanut butter mixture. Hand blend the
vanilla chocolate chips into cookie dough. Shape into walnut size
balls and place on greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. With a
fork, dip prongs into sugar and then press balls down to leave
classic pattern. Bake cookies for 12 ~ 15 minutes until
golden. Serve with yummy, cold organic milk and watch for
smiles! |

It is a time of excitement as children settle in to their

reunions are just around the corner.

your celebration shopping convenience. Because Wisdom Quilts
is dedicated to the enrichment and empowerment of children, family,
and community any purchase made at Wisdom Quilts will have a direct
