All orders, except for special custom design orders, will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment in full including any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling charges and customer requested shipping insurance.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested by customer. Length of shipping time may vary depending on customer's location, receipt of payment, and/or carrier's delivery schedules. Please allow two to four weeks for shipping of special order designs. Shipping insurance can be provided at customer's request and expense. Such request should be made at the time of purchase.

WisdomQuilts.com wants you to be satisfied with everything you buy from our site. Our return policy allows you to return items for exchange only. Customer should contact WisdomQuilts.com within seven days of receipt of the order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), as well as, instructions on how to properly return such item. All correspondence regarding the returned item must contain the Return Authorization Number. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
